GUEST EXPERIENCE
We were a family group of 18 staying at the beautiful Baan Paa Talee Estate over Christmas and New Year and we had a wonderful time. The staff were lovely and catered to all our needs, always with smiles on their faces. Kop, Kay, Chefs Bang and Sailom were there for us all day, and rallied brilliantly to our Christmas lunch challenge. They also produced delicious Thai food on request. And in the evenings San, the night butler, was always at hand with a smile on his face to make sure everything was going well. It was a truly wonderful experience. A special thanks to Kate, the Villa Manager, who smoothly oversaw the whole visit in a professional and friendly way.
